Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Its use is not dependent on one's intellectual capacity or spiritual development and therefore is available to everyone.

 Crystal healing is an alternative medical technique in which crystals and other stones are used to help symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, sleeplessness, ADHD and protect against disease. It can help  to speed up recovery from injuries, surgeries and more.  This technique  uses crystals as conduits for healing — enabling positive, healing energy to flow into the body as negative, disease-causing energy flows out.

 Everything around us is energy, and crystals are a powerful tool to connect to the varying energies within and without our bodies. Their healing properties have been utilized throughout history for healing rituals and spiritual practices, across cultures and continents, from Russia to Greece to England and beyond.

How They Work

Each crystal or gem carries a specific frequency and energy that offers different healing properties that promotes different effects in the body. For example Selenite promotes self-healing and is cleansing while recharging the cells as it boosts psychic power, encourages peace and ridding negativity, Rose quartz promotes self-love and appreciation, healing the heart chakra, fostering inner peace and unconditional love for all. Opening your heart and mind to the healing power of crystals is a beautiful way to keep the mind, body and spirit cleansed and positive. Similar to massage, crystal healing is a therapeutic practice intended for relaxing, restoring and renewing yourself, however on a deeper much more energized way with the intention to reset the  chakras to open and repair the soul.

 During a treatment, Rachael works to balance the Chakras by placing corresponding crystals along the body's seven main chakras, allowing energy to flow freely, releasing negativity and overall balancing your internal vibrations.

About Rachael

From a young age Rachael could sense and communicate with loved ones who had passed. She can also sense other spirits around her.

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years. Meditation originally was meant to help deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life. These days, meditation is commonly used for relaxation and stress reduction. It is considered a type of mind-body complementary medicine. It can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind.

During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered and keep inner peace.

Animals are a combination of body, mind and spirit and through time can accumulate energies from there environment that need clearing.  To help with this, we offer energy healing sessions, which are a combination of hands on healing such as Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy and Crystal Healing, that help aid with stress, anxiety,  speed up healing from surgeries and help your pet to relax.

During the session it is suggested the owner be present. 

As animals commonly absorb energy from their environment and owners, it is often suggested the owner also come for a healing also.

Energy clearing is energy healing for your home, which has two primary aims; to remove negative energy and bring in positive energy.

 Everything in this world is made up of, and absorbs, energy including your home, business, belongings, etc. Through time buildings and belongings can become full and need an energetic cleansing. This occurs from thoughts, emotions, and energy of current and past owners, and visitors. When the energy within a home or business gets too heavy it can be detrimental to your health, relationships, finances, pets, and more.  

In addition to removing negative energies, energy clearing also aims to bring in positive energies and energetically protect your space.

This will help you feel more relaxed and happy and have increased well-being and vitality. You may also find that relationships improve.

energy clearing can be applied to your home, belongings,  property, garden, vehicle, office spaces, or even personal space outside the house.

Some of the most common ways of knowing if you need to do a space clearing are:

• Your living space feels stressed or has heavy energy.
• You experienced illness.
• Relationship issues following a house move.
• Constant arguments.

What to Expect:

I offer in person and distance sessions. Travel fees will be added.  A session can take anywhere from 30-90 minutes depending on size of space being cleared. My aim is to remove any negative energies, thoughts, feelings, emotions and entity's. I will use various healing modalities to achieve this. 

 Long Distance Clearing, Cleansing & Blessings:  

There is no time and space in the energy world, your home, business or belongings can be cleansed long distance. You will receive an email about your session. However I Do Not  Disclose information in regards to paranormal activity as you may call it back.  When booking a long distance appointment I will contact you to obtain detailed information about your home, business or belongings.
